At Naibay, each handbag is crafted with care and precision. We carefully inspect every order before dispatch to guarantee quality and durability. However, if you face any issue with your order, our support team is always available to assist you through our return or exchange process.

Eligibility for Return or Exchange

We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
The product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
A request is made within 3 days of delivery.
The product has a manufacturing defect, damage, or you received the wrong item.
Once approved, our team will guide you through the simple return or exchange procedure.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following cannot be returned or exchanged:
1. Naibay Bespoke (custom-made) handbags, as they are crafted specifically to your request.
2. Items purchased during sale or promotional offers.
3. Products that show signs of use, damage, or modification after delivery.

Process for Returns

1. Contact our support team via WhatsApp or Email within 3 days of receiving your order.
2. Provide your order number and reason for return along with product photos if applicable.
3. Once reviewed, our team will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
4. After we receive and inspect the returned item, your exchange or replacement will be processed promptly.

Refunds

At the moment, Naibay offers exchange or store credit only — direct monetary refunds are not available.
We focus on ensuring every customer receives a product they truly love.
